Start with the use of the space. Explore the needs of your sector, then the building systems that Valcor can coordinate for your project.
Permanent and modular solutions adapted to each project.
Steel framing provides design flexibility for housing and accommodation buildings; modules organize repeatable, expandable units where the design allows. Architecture, insulation and finishes are selected for the climate and intended use.
Classrooms, schools and campuses that can grow in phases.
Valcor offers solutions for classrooms, academic buildings, laboratories and support spaces. Industrialized systems allow phased expansion and coordinated manufacturing while the site is prepared.
Clinics, hospital facilities and healthcare spaces.
We integrate building solutions for consultation, care, administration and hospital support. Each configuration starts with the clinical brief and the facility’s health, technical and operational requirements.
Offices, control centers and institutional spaces.
Steel structures and modules support operational offices, administrative headquarters and coordination centers. Valcor connects the layout with building services, connectivity and operational needs.
Temporary accommodation, shelters and recovery support spaces.
Valcor offers modular solutions and camps for emergency response and recovery. Permanent buildings receive site-specific seismic design based on their use and applicable requirements; temporary facilities require coordinated stability, anchorage and siting.
Tents, modules, dining and services for field operations.
We organize construction camps, base camps and temporary accommodation sites. The solution combines housing capacity, dining, sanitation, circulation and equipment with logistics planned from procurement onward.
Support infrastructure for teams and remote operations.
Modular systems and steel structures provide camps, offices, accommodation and support facilities for oil, gas and mining operations. Valcor coordinates access, transport and installation around the site conditions.
Commercial spaces, support buildings and production facilities.
Valcor selects structural systems and enclosures around spans, loads and intended use. We integrate engineering, supply, civil works, services and finishes within a coordinated scope.
The following organizations are named in the suppliers’ system reference portfolios. They are shown as examples of the systems’ use and are not presented as Valcor clients or endorsements of Valcor.

Valcor offers industrialized building systems from suppliers that declare the following ISO management-system certifications. These certifications belong to the suppliers, not to Valcor.
Consistent processes, quality controls and continual improvement.
Management of environmental impacts, resources and waste.
Management of occupational risks and safe working processes.
Controls and procedures for preventing and addressing bribery.
Scope: these are supplier management-system certifications, not individual product certifications. Valcor does not hold these ISO certifications. Their applicability to each supplied system must be checked in the supplier’s certificate scope; the brochures do not establish ISO coverage for every tent, camp component or finished building. Badges identify the standards and are not official certification seals.
